Gila chuy.. harga emas sedang meroket naek tajam.. dari sebulan kemaren beli kenaikannya sdh hampir mencapai 20%...Itu pun yg bikin heran.. LOGAM MULIA juga kehabisan stok.. wah emang emas ga ada matinya nih..

But.. Temenku yg sudah berinvestasi di Emas ini mempunyai pendapat kalo ini hanyalah gelembung-gelembung yg semakin besar.. namun akan segera pecah juga..

ok deh ini mungkin jawabannya..
Karena emas memang tidak bisa membuat kita kaya raya, Tapi...emas
bisa mempertahankn kekayaan kita. coba kalau kita perhatikan harga
sebuah mobil tahun 90 dengan harga mobil sekarang paling tidak
setara dengan 1 Kg emas. Artinya...kalau kita menyimpan dalam bentuk uang
rupiah kita hanya bisa membeli mobil impian kita setengahnya
saja.hehehe...

Kalau kita investasi di emas yang cenderung naik dan stabil kita
masih bisa membeli mobil impian kita.

Guys, saat ini gue lg internetan pake 3 dengan menggunakan paket 1 GB/bulan dengan biaya 35rb+PPN. Sedikit kagetnya nih internet lumayan kenceng and langsung connect.

Analisis Harga Unit Links (saham) di Prudential

Setelah ikut di prudential, akhirnya ngutak-atik harga unit linknya. Untuk bisa membeli unit link prudential harus memiliki polishnya terlebih dahulu. Untuk bisa memiliki polis, silahkan hubungi saya.
Berikut ini hasil utak-utiknya. Jika kita punya uang 1 jt, maka untuk nabung di prudential dibutuhkan administrasi 150rb. Total duit yang kita keluarkan adalah 1150.000, perhitungannya sebagai berikut : jika kita nabungnya ini di 3 Januari 2006 maka unitlink (saham yg kita miliki) adalah 1jt dibagi 3364.91(harga saham / 3 jan 2006) yaitu sebesar 297.18 unit. Kemudian apabila pada akhir tahun 2006 (28 Des 2006) akan kita ambil, maka nilai unit link kita (297.18) dikalikan harga pada 28 des 2006 yaitu : 5270.13. Maka nilai tunai tabungan kita dari 1150.000 menjadi 1.566.177 rupiah...
lumayan besar kan?? kenaikannya adalah kurang lebih 416rb rupiah.
lebih fantastis lagi jika diambil pada 21 okt 2009 akan menjadi 2.248.556 rupiah...

Setelah aku renungi, ternyata banyak kesalahan-kesalahan di waktu mudaku dulu. Rasanya pengin balik ke muda lagi dan mulai berinvestasi.
Memang penyesalan datang tidak pernah di depan, pasti selalu dibelakang. Berikut ini daftar kesalahan-kesalahanku :
1. Mempunyai pemikiran "Easy Got, Easy Gone"
rasanya dulu itu nyari duit gampang banget, tapi kok menghamburkannya juga guampang banget. tak terasa itu aku lakukan dalam waktu 3 tahun
2. Tidak berinvestasi dan tidak menabung
Satu-satunya tabungan yang aku miliki adalah di AIA Life Insurence, yang kebetulan sdh aku mulai sejak umur 25 tahun.. tinggal nunggu bentar lagi dah bisa ak cairkan. Tabunganpun jg tidak ada, setiap aku tabung dibank.. tangan ini selalu gatal ketika tahu jumlahnya...Untung setahun sebelum menikah, aku mengangkat manager keuangan untuk mengelola keuanganku. Dia lah mantan Pacarku.
3. masih banyak lagi kekonyolan dan kebodohan di masa mudaku dl.
Semoga dengan berbagi ini, temen2 neter yang masih muda tidak mengalami seperti yang aku alami.

Honda Blade 110

Setelah banyak membanding-bandingkan motor yg harganya 13an juta, akhirnya pilihan jatuh pada Honda Blade, dari bandrol harganya yg 14.2 juta bisa dinego jadi 13.6 juta.. hehehe.. jago kan negonya???.

Dengan kapasitas mesin 110cc lumayan untuk kerja kantoran, body yang sporty pas untuk perjalanan yang lumayan jauh (42 km PP). Cukup tangguh juga kena terpaan angin dari bis dan truk.

Satu lagi kasus yang mungkin bisa menjadi pelajaran bagi pasangan suami istri yg telah berpisah.
Menurut laporan si Okie, Pasha telah menendang pantatnya dan mencengkeram wajahnya (detikhot.com/29 juli)sehingga menyebabkan dia merasa bokongnya linu. heemm kalo benar adalah sesuatu yang tragis, tapi kalo ini semua benar maka hukuman penjaralah yg akan diterima si Pasha ini.

Virus Conficker

Ciri-ciri
1. Bentuknya yang merupakan file DLL (Dynamic Link Library) membedakannya dengan kebanyakan virus lain yang berupa EXE.

2. Sifatnya ber-polymorphic membuatnya memiliki tubuh yang berubah-ubah.

3. Pada komputer terinfeksi, user tidak akan dapat membuka situs yang “berbau” antivirius atau Microsoft update.

4. Virus ini juga aktif menyebar di Indonesia dengan menggunakan media removable disk misalkan flash disk. Pada flash disk terinfeksi, Anda akan menemukan file autorun.inf dan direktori RECYCLER yang di dalamnya terdapat sub-direktori dengan nama misalkan S-5-3-42-2819952290-8240758988-879315005-3665, dan pada direktori inilah terdapat file virus Conficker dengan nama biasanya jwgkvsq.vmx yang sebenarnya adalah file DLL.

Pelajaran Ayah Miskin
Ayah miskin saya sering menasihati, “Bersekolahlah, dapatkanlah nilai-nilai
yang bagus, carilah pekerjaan yang aman terjamin, bekerja keraslah, dan
menabunglah.” Dia juga mengutip ucapan-ucapan terkenal lainnya seperti,
“Jangan pernah menjadi peminjam atau pun pemberi pinjaman.” Dan “Satu sen
yang ditabung adalah satu sen yang diperoleh.” Atau “Kalau kamu tidak sanggup
membeli sesuatu jangan membelinya. Selalu bayarlah tunai.”
Kehidupan ayah miskin saya akan sangat baik kalau dia menuruti nasihatnya
sendiri, tetapi seperti banyak orang, dia mengatakan apa yang menurutnya
merupakan kata-kata yang benar tetapi tidak melakukan hal-hal yang benar. Dia
meminjam uang untu membeli rumah dan mobilnya. Dia tidak pernah berinvestasi
karena dia selalu mengatakan, “Berinvestasi itu berisiko.” Sebaliknya dia
berusaha menabung … tetapi setiap kali ada kebutuhan mendadak, dia akan

mengambil uangnya dari tabungan. Dia meminjam uang untuk membeli barangbarang
yang membuatnya miskin dan dia menolak meminjam uang untuk hal-hal
yang bisa membuatnya kaya. Perbedaan yang tidak disadari inilah yang
mengakibatkan perbedaan besar dalam hidupnya. Cara berpikir dan mengelola
uang yang dilakukannya seumur hidup inilah yang membuatnya tidak sanggup
pensiun pada umur enam puluh lima. Juga menjelaskan mengapa dia harus
bekerja terus hingga dia tidak bisa bekerja lagi karena sakit kanker. Dia bekerja
keras seumur hidup dan selama enam bulan terakhir hidupnya, dia berjuang
melawan penyakit kankernya. Dia seorang pria yang baik dan rajin, yang

berusaha menabung. Dan itulah pelajaran tentang hidup dan uang yang berusaha
disampaikannya kepada saya

Pelajaran Ayah Kaya
Ayah kaya saya, pria yang merupakan sahabat ayah saya, memberi nasihat yang
berbeda dan cara berpikir yang berbeda mengenai uang. Dia berkata dan
menanyakan hal-hal seperti:
1. “Berapa lama waktu yang kamu perlukan untuk menabung $ 1 juta?” Dia
kemudian bertanya, “Berapa lama waktu yang kamu perlukan untuk meminjam
$ 1 juta?”
2. “Siapa yang akan lebih kaya dalam jangka panjang? Orang yang bekerja
seumur hidup dan berusaha menabung satu juta dollar? Atau orang yang tahu
cara meminjam satu juta dollar dengan bunga 10 persen dan juga tahu cara
menginvestasikannya dan menerima pengembalian 25 persen per tahun dari
satu juta dollar yang dipinjamnya itu?”
3. “Kepada siapa seorang bankir lebih suka meminjamkan uangnya? Orang yang
bekerja keras untuk memperoleh uang, atau orang yang tahu cara meminjam
uang dan membuat uang itu bekerja keras dengan aman dan cerdas baginya?”
4. “Kamu harus menjadi siapa dan apa yang harus kamu ketahui supaya bisa

BUS PURWOKERTO - TEGAL

Hem.. new office nih, jadi sering bolak-balik purwokerto tegal nih...lumayan capek, tp enjoy ajah..Nikmatin aja rasa itu, karena rasa itu adalah kita yg ciptakan...
Omong-omong soal di jalanan nih, sedikit referensi buat para pengguna jurusan purwokerto tegal nih. Harga tiket Bus AC/Non AC adalah Rp.17.000,- Busnya ada macam-macam seperti Aries, Kurnia, Indah Putri, Sinar Mas, Alvin dll..
Dari sekian Bus di atas, aku punya pengalaman ga enak nih ma BUS ARIES.. DUA KALI lagi...sudah busnya ga begitu bagus, sopirnya ugal-ugalan plus jarak tempuhnya luaaaaaammmaaaaaa banget. Jadi kapok deh naek bus ARIES ini. wis pokoknya ga bakalan lagi aku naik bus ini. Untuk bus-bus yang laennya lumayan enak loh...

Sebenarnya dari kemaren melihat email ini saya merasa biasa-biasa aja, tp lama-kelamaan karena email ini terpampang di ruang makan maka semakin dalam saya memperhatikannya. Sekali lagi yang mungkin baru Aku ketahui bahwa negara kita ini adalah negara penghasil Coklat Terbesar Ketiga di dunia setelah Ghana dan Brazil (sumber : Jelajah TransTv hari Selasa).
Tapi kemanakah coklat-coklat kita ini pergi? kok tidak ada coklat yang Made In Indonesia ya? Adanya buatan luar negeri semua...
Kenapa kok tidak seperti Negara Swiss aja yg cuma negara kecil bisa jadi negara yang terkenal dengan Coklatnya? sedangkan di sana tidak ada Kebun Coklat sedikitpun..

If you can put the right product or service at the right price in front of the right customer, you're cooking. Keep in mind that a high volume of sales isn't the key. Profit is. You want to craft persuasive messages for the customers you target. You also want messages that promise only what you actually deliver.

At these sessions, explore answers to these questions:
• Who are you selling to?
• What do those customers need?
• What distinguishes your product or service from the competition?
• Which marketing tactics will make your products noticeable?
• When and how often should marketing efforts be used?
• Where do you want your company to be in a year?
You might consider taping these sessions and distilling the best ideas and suggestions. Start putting notes on paper. Describe the state and size of your marketplace, how sales and distribution will work, your target customer (age, income, locations, and purchase patterns) and how your products rate against competitors.
Step 3: Listen to Customers
Next, you need to know how customers react to your quality and price, service and delivery, image and brand—everything, in short, that influences their purchasing decision.
To discover what customers think, just ask them. Survey some of your current customers as well as customers you want to reach. Make personal calls or send them surveys via e-mail or postcards. Include an incentive to boost participation, such as a discount or a free sample.
Business owners are often surprised by what customers say. For instance, one firm learned from a survey that its receptionist was surly on the phone to customers. How would you know that if you didn't ask customers?
Based on what you learn, prepare a SWOT analysis that deconstructs your business in fresh ways:
• Strengths: What makes your business thrive?
• Weaknesses: What are your vulnerabilities?
• Opportunities: What market conditions or segments can lead to growth?
• Threats: How are competitors snapping at your heels?
Step 4: Draft the Plan
Now that you have an overview of customers and market conditions, you can flesh out your plan. This plan needn't be a formal document, but should at least consist of a written outline to share with staff or outside consultants and to refer to later. The plan should cover:
• A summary of your market position and goals.
• A definition of what you expect to accomplish in a specific time period (e.g: "We will sell 150 widgets by the fourth quarter.")
• A list of target markets, including segmentation and niche areas
• An appropriate strategy for each segment or market.
• Expenses and resources, and how they will be allocated.
• Marketing channels. This is where you choose the types of marketing materials and distribution vehicles that you will use to attract target customers, including flyers, postcards, email marketing, newsletters, Web site and more.
• Competitive strategies. How will you respond to your competitors, for example, if a competitor lowers his price?
Step 5: Track Results
Include benchmarks in your plan. Use these benchmarks to take stock of whether your marketing efforts are paying off or if you should rethink your approach.
Calculate the category and cost of marketing communications and compare with set specific sales forecasts.
For direct mail efforts, check how the campaign is going by creating a spreadsheet in Excel that includes specifics of each order as well as a way to identify customers (like a customer identification number). Also make sure to include plans for implementation or a marketing calendar. Plans are great, but if you don't also designate responsibility, set deadlines and hold people accountable, marketing efforts can't succeed.
Finally, don't rest on your laurels. Markets change all the time and you must be ready. Make sure to review the plan every year to see if you must revisit any goals.

You must market constantly which means saying the same thing over and over. How many times, and how many ways can you say, "I coach people in Emotional Intelligence," or "our frosted caramel pound cake is the best you can buy"? How do you stay fresh? How do you keep taking a new look at your product and service?

1. Understand "the public" and marketing.

I imagine most of you reading this have heard of the field of coaching, yet when I spoke on a cruise, not one person in the audience had heard of it. It will always be "new" to someone.

2. Therefore: Marketing 101: By the time you're "sick and tired of it," the public is just beginning to hear about it.

3. Another reason you must repeat and repeat is that open rates are so low, and attention spans are so short.

The average "open" rate for eZines (according to Constant Contact, one supplier), is 48%. Half the people won't open any given thing you send them, so won't have heard your message at all. (Thus the "do it 7 times" rule.)

4. It can be the litmus test of your passion.

Think about your child. Did you ever once get tired of talking about your child, or run out of things to say? Your business must be like that, or else (1) move on, or (2) hire a marketing person to impart that enthusiasm.

5. Or take a vacation.

Getting refreshed and seeing new things breeds creativity. Get a good vacation and when you come back, everything looks new.

6. We create our enthusiasm by creating our enthusiasm.

7. Schedule your marketing and sales time for when you're "in the mood."

That's what we're here for. When you're doing it constantly, and for a variety of items, the pump is always primed. Get a website makeover. When the site looks new, so will the words.

10. Listen carefully when your satisfied customers describe your products and services, and, yes, write them down.

They will say things you could never have thought of in a million years, and in their own totally unique way. Testimonials are worth their weight in gold.

If you aren't on Twitter it is hard to explain. It really needs to be experienced. If you are on Twitter I'm sure you have asked yourself how a site that is so simple and yet is constantly down due to technical difficulties can survive. Here's 5 reasons why Twitter will survive.

1. It's not so stupid after all

When I first heard about Twitter I thought it was pretty stupid. Why would anyone want to blog in short sentences. Then a friend recommended it and I read an article in Wired Magazine. I finally gave it a try and got hooked. As the Wired article postulates, it gives you a sense of what is happening in the lives of those around you. It's also a great way to look back at what you really do all day which can be good or bad.

2. Early platform

The Twitter developers had a hunch it was not stupid when they created it. Since they were probably the only ones, they had the market to themselves. First to market is a fantastic competitive advantage since it literally can not be copied without the aid of time travel.

3. Number of users

Lots of people using your stuff means lots of other people wanting or needing to use it to connect to them. Twitter has lots of users.

4. Backbone

Because Twitter lacks some features, many third party apps developed to sync with it. Today there are tons of social platforms like Facebook that sync with Twitter. Twitter has become the glue that links these different sites and keeps your status updated across them all. Kind of like Tolkien's One Ring.

5. Familiarity

Ya it's not fancy and breaks down a lot- kind of like your first car, but that is part of the endearing quality of Twitter. It has a bit of the underdog story going for it. Plus, people love to complain and lots of down time makes for great tweets about the lack of service when it comes back up. Humans are funny that way.

Eventually Twitter will work out its technical difficulties and be a reliable communications hub. It will probably get bought by Microsoft or Google and become a mainstay on the web. I think we will miss these days. I can't help but think this is the golden age of Twitter. Tweet on.
